Luke is the most generous and capable IT "guy" I've known. I often need basic support and have no clue how to trouble-shoot. He many times can answer my question on the phone and doesn't even need to visit my office. Cost is VERY reasonable and he loves to help. Give him a call, you really won't be sorry.
